Patrick Donald Rayfield OBE (lahir 12 Februari 1942) adalah seorang akademisi Inggris dan Profesor Emeritus sastra Rusia dan sastra Georgia di Queen Mary University of London. Ia adalah pengarang buku-buku tentang sastra Rusia dan Georgia, dan tentang Joseph Stalin dan polisi rahasianya. Ia juga penyunting seri untuk buku-buku tentang para penulis Rusia dan intelligentsia.
