Dekret-dekret Beneš

Dekret-dekret Presiden Republik (bahasa Ceko: Dekrety presidenta republiky), yang lebih umum dikenal dengan sebutan dekret-dekret Beneš, adalah sejumlah undang-undang yang dirumuskan oleh pemerintahan Cekoslowakia dalam pengasingan tanpa keterlibatan parlemen Cekoslowakia selama periode pendudukan Jerman di Cekoslowakia. Dekret-dekret ini dikeluarkan oleh Presiden Edvard Beneš antara 21 Juli 1940 hingga 27 Oktober 1945, dan secara retroaktif diratifikasi oleh Dewan Nasional Sementara Cekoslowakia pada 6 Maret 1946.

Peran dekret-dekret ini dalam sejarah saat ini masih diperdebatkan; namun, dekret-dekret ini dikenal karena beberapa bagian mengatur status orang beretnis Jerman, Hungaria, dan pengkhianat di Cekoslowakia setelah Perang Dunia II berakhir. Dekret-dekret tersebut memfasilitasi Pasal 12 Persetujuan Potsdam dengan memberikan kerangka hukum nasional bagi penghapusan status kewarganegaraan dan penyitaan properti tiga juta orang Jerman dan Hungaria.
