Cristin Milioti (lahir 16 Agustus 1985) adalah aktris Amerika Serikat yang dikenal karena keterlibatannya dalam teater Broadway. Ia merupakan bintang That Face tahun 2010 dan masuk nominasi Lucille Lortel Award untuk kategori Outstanding Lead Actress atas pemeranannya di Stunning. Pada tahun 2012, Milioti mendapatkan nominasi Tony Award untuk kategori Best Actress in a Musical atas karyanya di Once. Peran terakhirnya adalah Girl di Once dan dipentaskan pada tanggal 24 Maret 2013. Di episode terakhir musim 8, dikabarkan bahwa Milioti akan memerankan tokoh The Mother di sitkom A.S. How I Met Your Mother.
