Chu Sang-mi (lahir 9 Mei 1972) dalah seorang aktris Korea Selatan. Dia lahir di Seoul, Korea Selatan, dari aktor panggung populer Chu Song-woong. Bersama dengan Lee Byung-hun dan Choi Ji-woo, Chu ikut membintangi film Everybody Has Secrets, mengambil peran sebagai kakak perempuan tertua dari ketiganya.
