Khi-rho (pengucapan Yunani Koine: [xiˈro]) adalah salah satu bentuk tertua "Kristogram" (aksara yang melambangkan Yesus Kristus) dan digunakan oleh sejumlah penulis Kristen. Lambang ini dibentuk dari gabungan dua huruf besar alfabet Yunani X (dibaca "khi") dan Ρ (dibaca "ro"), yang merupakan dua huruf pertama dari kata Yunani "ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ" (dibaca Khristos = Kristus), dimana bagian vertikal huruf Ρ diletakkan di titik tengah huruf Χ sehingga membentuk satu monogram. Meskipun secara teknis bukanlah suatu bentuk salib Kristen, lambang Khi-rho menyiratkan penyaliban Yesus, sekaligus menunjukkan status Yesus sebagai Kristus (= Yang Diurapi). Lambang "Khi-Rho" digunakan oleh kaisar Romawi Konstantinus I sebagai bagian dari panji militer (vexillum), yaitu panji atau "standard" Konstantinus yang dikenal dengan sebutan Labarum. Lambang-lambang kuno yang mirip dengan "Khi-Rho" adalah Staurogram () dan Monogram IX ().

Lambang "Khi-rho" telah ditambahkan pada "Miscellaneous symbols Unicode block" sebagai U+2627 CHI RHO ☧ sejak versi Unicode 1.1. Penempatan kode kedua kali terdapat pada "Coptic block" sebagai U+2CE9 COPTIC SYMBOL KHI RO ⳩.
