Rado 'Bob' Klose (atau disebut Bob Close atau Brian Close dalam berbagai penerbitan) adalah pemusik Inggris dan fotografer kelahiran tahun 1944. Gitaris dan salah satu anggota pada masa-masa awal Pink Floyd, tetapi keluar sebelum Pink Floyd merilis singel pertama, "Arnold Layne".

Bob Klose bergabung dengan The Abdabs (dikenal juga sebagai "The Screaming Abdabs") bersama Roger Waters (gitar lead), Rick Wright (gitar rhythm), Nick Mason (drum), Clive Metcalfe (gitar bass), dan Keith Noble & Juliette Gale (vokal). Kelompok ini beraliran R&B, dan menyebut diri mereka dengan berbagai nama, Sigma 6, The Meggadeaths, atau the Abdabs. Ken Chapman bertindak sebagai manajer sekaligus penulis lagu.
Richard Wright kemudian menikahi Gale, sedangkan ketiga anggota lain, Metcalfe, Noble, dan Gale mengundurkan diri. Setelah itu, Syd Barrett, Bob Klose, Roger Waters, dan Richard Wright membentuk grup baru bernama "Tea Set". Setelah tahu ada grup lain bernama Tea Set, nama band diubah menjadi "The Pink Floyd Sound". Nama "Pink Floyd" dibentuk dari gabungan nama dua pemain blues asal Amerika Serikat, Pink Anderson dan Floyd Council. The Pink Floyd Sound nantinya dikenal sebagai Pink Floyd, setelah menanggalkan atribut "sound" dan "the".
Dibandingkan anggota Pink Floyd yang lain, Klose lebih serius belajar di bangku kuliah. Klose mengundurkan diri pada bulan Juli 1965 karena merasa lebih tertarik pada musik jazz dan blues. Setelah mengundurkan diri, Klose mulai mendalami bidang fotografi, sedangkan posisi gitar lead Pink Floyd diambil alih oleh Syd Barrett.
Pada tahun 2006, Klose tampil sebagai bintang tamu pada album David Gilmour, On An Island.
