Billy Ray Cyrus (lahir William Ray Cyrus, 25 Agustus 1961) adalah penyanyi, penulis lagu, dan aktor Amerika Serikat yang paling dikenal dengan singelnya "Achy Breaky Heart". Cyrus merupakan penyanyi yang pernah mendapatkan nominasi Penghargaan Grammy dan memiliki delapan lagu yang masuk dalam sepuluh teratas tangga lagu country Billboard. Dari tahun 2001 sampai 2004 Cyrus membintangi serial televisi Doc.
