"Berilah sesuai kemampuan, terimalah sesuai kebutuhan" (Prancis: De chacun selon ses facultés, à chacun selon ses besoins; Jerman: Jeder nach seinen Fähigkeiten, jedem nach seinen Bedürfnissen; Hanzi: 各尽所能 各取所需) adalah sebuah slogan yang dipopulerkan oleh Karl Marx dalam Kritikan terhadap Program Gotha yang ia tulis tahun 1875. Prinsip tersebut berarti kebebasan akses dan distribusi barang, modal, dan jasa. Dalam pandangan Marxis, ini bisa tercapai dengan keberlimpahan barang dan jasa yang akan dihasilkan oleh sistem komunis maju; menurutnya, dengan sosialisme yang mapan dan masyarakat yang sangat produktif, kebutuhan semua orang akan tercukupi.
