Bendera Ekuador diadopsi tanggal 26 September 1860. Bendera ini merupakan bendera triwarna mendatar berwarna kuning, biru dan putih (warna kuning lebih dominan), dan lambang Ekuador di tengahnya.

Bendera ini mirip dengan Kolombia dan Venezuela, yang juga merupakan mantan anggota dari Kolombia Raya, karena ketiga bendera ini memakai desian proposal dari Francisco de Miranda.
