Bencana Kelaparan Besar 1315–1317 (terkadang tertanggal 1315–1322) adalah peristiwa pertama dari serangkaian krisis skala besar yang menerjang Eropa pada awal abad ke-14. Sebagian besar Eropa (terbentang ke timur Rusia dan selatan Italia) terkena dampaknya. Bencana kelaparan tersebut menyebabkan jutaan orang tewas sepanjang tahun dan menandai akhir periode pertumbuhan dan kemakmuran dari abad ke-11 dan ke-13.
