Baldwin I (Juli 1172 – skt. 1205) adalah kaisar pertama Kekaisaran Latin di Konstantinopel. Ia juga merupakan Comte Flandria (dengan nama Baudouin IX) dan Comte Hainaut (dengan nama Baudouin VI).

Baudouin merupakan pemimpin penting Perang Salib Keempat, yang berhasil merebut Konstantinopel, menaklukan sebagian Kekaisaran Romawi Timur, dan mendirikan Kekaisaran Latin. Ia kemudian dipilih sebagai kaisar.
Menjelang akhir hayatnya, ia dikalahkan oleh Kaloyan, kaisar Bulgaria, dan ditawan hingga meninggal.
