Bahasa Inggris Appalachia, yang juga dikenal di Amerika Serikat sebagai bahasa Inggris Pegunungan Selatan, adalah bahasa Inggris Amerika yang berasal dari kawasan pegunungan Appalachian dari Amerika Serikat Timur.
