Arnon Milchan (bahasa Ibrani: ארנון מילצ'ן; lahir 6 Desember 1944) adalah pebisnis Israel yang telah memproduseri lebih dari 130 film. Milchan, seorang miliarder dan pemilik New Regency Films, pernah bekerja sebagai agen intelijen Israel pada pertengahan 1960-an sampai 1980-an.
