Amerika Serikat Selatan (juga Selatan Amerika, Dixie, dan Selatan), adalah suatu region di Amerika Serikat. Selatan tersebut tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kategorisasi geografis selatan Amerika Serikat, tetapi umumnya didefinisikan sebagai daerah yang mencakup negara-negara bagian yang bertempur bagi Konfederasi Amerika dalam Perang Saudara Amerika. Selatan sepenuhnya terletak di sudut tenggara. Arizona dan New Mexico, yang secara geografis dalam bagian selatan negeri, jarang dianggap bagiannya, sedangkan Virginia Barat, yang terpisah dari Virginia pada tahun 1863, umumnya dianggap sebagai bagiannya.
