Penghargaan Screen Actors' Guild Award untuk Kinerja Yang Luar Biasa oleh Aktor Pria dalam Peran Utama adalah sebuah penghargaan yang disajikan setiap tahun oleh Screen Actors Guild untuk menghormati prestasi terbaik akting laki-laki di film dalam peran utama. Penghargaan ini diberikan pada upacara bersama penghargaan Guild yang lain sejak awal penghargaan pada tahun 1994.

Sebanyak 18 penghargaan telah diberikan kepada 17 pelaku yang berbeda selama 18 tahun keberadaan penghargaan, akuntansi untuk pemenang ulangi. Penerima pertama Aktor adalah Tom Hanks untuk Forrest Gump dan penerima paling baru adalah Jean Dujardin untuk The Artist. Tidak pernah ada kemenangan seri untuk penghargaan. Kategori berdiri di samping Screen Actors Guild Awards untuk Kinerja Yang luar biasa oleh Aktor Perempuan dalam Peran Utama - Film, Aktor pendukung terbaik (Screen Actors Guild Awards)Screen Actors Guild Award untuk Kinerja Yang luar biasa oleh Aktor Pria dalam Peran Pendukung - Film dan Screen Actors Guild Award untuk kinerja Yang luar biasa oleh Aktor Perempuan dalam Peran Pendukung - Film sebagai salah satu penghargaan yang diberikan oleh Screen Actors Guild untuk menghormati kinerja tunggal dalam sebuah film.
Selain itu, hanya empat aktor yang pernah memenangkan penghargaan ini belum pergi untuk memenangkan Academy Award untuk Aktor Terbaik dalam Peran Utama. Aktor tersebut antara lain Benicio del Toro untuk Traffic (yang memenangkan Aktor Pendukung Terbaik), Russell Crowe untuk A Beautiful Mind, Daniel Day-Lewis untuk Gangs of New York, dan Johnny Depp untuk Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.
