Kaisar Đồng Khánh, (lahir: Nguyễn Phúc Ưng Kỷ; 19 Februari 1864; meninggal 28 Januari 1889) adalah kaisar dinasti Nguyễn Vietnam kesembilan. Ia memerintah selama tiga tahun antara 1885 dan 1889.
